Rachel is an international event planning trailblazer, uniting grand visions with resources and logistics to bring client concepts to life. Having represented the corporate, venue and vendor sides of the event industry for over two decades, she brings an informed perspective to harmonize key players for an
event's success.
With a strong background in Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales, she works with each client to clearly define, plan to and measure goals and objectives for each project.
Her creativity and passion for the industry not only shines through her portfolio, but also through the expansion of the company with the EOC Shop and EOC Wines, with custom curated supplies, tools and resources specifically designed to uplift and support all event planners.
"The vision for Events On-Call came to be when I observed well-established corporate and association Marketing and Event teams becoming overwhelmed from being short staffed, either due to company infrastructure or not having the budget for another full-time associate. It was 2021 and I also noticed, that due to industries recovering at different rates, many Director-level event professionals were not being utilized to their fullest potential.
As a solution to these challenges, EOC was born. It's been a pleasure experiencing the quick adoption of this concept by the industry and growing stronger together."
